The HOA membership is invited to attend a 2023 Annual Budget review by the Directors and property management change on Saturday, Nov 12th 7 pm

The Directors will be voting on Resolution changing Property Management services from Principal Management Group to Village Association Management. 


    The HOA will be changing from Principal Management Group that provides limited financial services to Village Association     Management as a full service property management.  The volunteer Directors and Officers have been providing property     management services and is shifting to a professional management company to operate the business aspects of the Association.


  • The Directors will be voting on 2023 Annual Budget approval.  


  • The Directors will vote on Resolution to increase in annual assessment fee $11.00 [from $109 to $120]. 


    The Directors will vote on resolution to increase annual assessment fee to balance the Association's 2023 annual budget of income     versus expenses. 


  • A discussion on Declaration of Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions Amendment and membership opinion request. 


    A Director will present a summary of feature items the Declaration, Conditions and Restrictions Amendment  draft provides to the     Association.  A request for the attending membership to weigh in on options to proceed with the amendment deployment will follow. 


The Zoom event is a Special Meeting and will be called to Executive Order to conduct business decisions.
