Nominations are invited for position of Director. Directors serve a 3 year term.

Ballots and proxies well be mailed out on the week of March 5.
The annual meeting is scheduled for Thursday March 29, at the North Garland Baptist Fellowship.
Meeting time is 7:30 pm.

HOA fees wil be increased in 2012 from $63.25 to $72.74. The increase is needed to sustain the HOA's
maintenance fund and should be the last increase for several years. Find financial statements on the
website. Click the link named Financial Data.
The user name for the secure financial data is 'HomeOwner'. The password has been sent to HOA members by postcard.

Association members voted in March 2011 to change the ByLaws and CCR setting the application of the $25 late fee. The change to the CCR requires collecting signatures from each eligible homeowner. Volunteers and directors will be stopping by soon to get your signature. The ByLaws change and the CCR change can be viewied here.

Help Wanted: Administrative Assistant

Firewheel Farms No 2 HOA is seeking a contract assistant to the Board. Duties are to attend meetings and record minutes of the Board meetings, prepare annual elections notices, tabulate ballots, certify elections and other tasks needed to support the Secretary. Estimated time requirement is 2 hours approximately 3 times per year and about 14 hours related to election notices. Strong knowledge and of MS Office and Excel is essential.
