Collection Process Steps and Fees Demand Letter
for payment with warning of Impending Lien sent by Certified Return Receipt
Demand letters are prepared and Mailed not less than 30 days after
mailing the 2nd Notice if there has been no response and payment after the 2nd
notice. Demand letter fees will be added to the owners account.
